Welcome to "A Day For Men." This is an annual, free, event during Lent, started in 2007, that gathers Christian men for a day of themed talks to help bolster our faith and keep feeding our soul. Although we are based out of Resurrection Catholic Church, we welcome men of all Christian faiths to our events. 2012 was our best year yet, as we had approximately 280 men come and see our fabulous speakers and partake in the outstanding BBQ buffet from Joe Butler's BBQ with their famous "lumberjack" ribs.
Please come and join us, this year, for another Day of faith, fun, learning and fellowship! Fathers may bring their sons 15 and over.
Resurrection is located in the north Arlington part of Jacksonville just a few blocks north of Jacksonville University. |
